Ukraine has no money to pay pensioners & civil servants NOR for more MOBILISATIONS

Minister of Economy of Ukraine Yulia Sviridenko informed that it will have to "delay payments", unless the EU and the US provide financial assistance at the beginning of 2024. The delay in payments could affect 500 thousand civil servants, 1.4 million teachers, 10 million pensioners aka 60% of the Ukrainian population will not receive their wages. "There are simply no funds for this" - Ukraine's Minister of Finance Sergei Marchenko said he does not know where to get the money to mobilize half a million people.
