Recent developments are a culmination of practices implemented over many years, that have been and continue to be — strikingly apparent. The ethos of modern healthcare is exemplified in an anecdote about Dr. Max Gerson when he first came to the United States. Dr. Gerson was a respected physician in Europe, who had great success in treating arthritis, tuberculosis, and cancer with diet. He escaped from Nazi Germany just as his knowledge and techniques were being hailed as effective and revolutionary. Dr. Gerson’s reputation preceded him, and many doctors were seeking his opinion and assistance — until he was confronted by the mentality of the American medical establishment. Dr. Gerson was called to New York as a consultant for a wealthy industrialist who had arthritis. He had successfully treated the patient’s brother-in-law in Europe. In a Park Avenue penthouse, he joined the house physician and another consulting specialist to see the patient. After the examination, the three physicians retired to discuss the case. Dr. Gerson proceeded to explain the treatment for arthritis he had so successfully used in Europe, then described the manner in which he expected the patient to recover. There was an awkward pause. Finally, one of the other doctors said, “Dr. Gerson, you don’t understand. This man is a wealthy member of the W.R. Grace family. They own steamship lines, banks, chemical companies, and so on. You don’t cure a patient like this, you treat him.” This simple, insidious message drives most aspects of the medical world. The motivation to keep people healthy is completely undermined by the permeation of profiteering throughout a deeply corrupted industry that depends on the vulnerability of the suffering. Dr. Gerson’s conclusion that most illness is related to poor diet — and thus correctible, particularly in the early stages of disease — continues to be minimized and ridiculed. The Confidence Game There are certainly well-meaning and brilliant physicians; some nobly struggle to practice outside the constraints of conventional wisdom and financial incentives. Most attempt to do the best they can for their patients. But most are thwarted by the theft of their moral compass; their compassion has been hijacked by the greed of corporate interests that have taken healthcare into a destructive realm. Practitioners and clinics are cornered into using a narrow set of profitable, yet ineffective treatments in changing the course of disease. Doctors with the best motivation are powerless against the assault from corporate forces. Even if they have the will to cure someone, the structure of the business manipulates them into seeing patients as their source of income. An inextricable relationship with pharmaceutical companies provides an endless supply of products that treat symptoms rather than supporting immunity and good health. Discussions of the true causes of illness and what is needed to cure them are outlawed. Anyone who strays outside the corporate guidelines is deemed dangerous and a quack — and threatened with losing their license to practice medicine. Within this restricted environment, all traces of fair compensation have disappeared from healthcare. There is no other service or product that doesn’t provide some estimate of pricing in advance; a model for compensation has no equal. Those with acute or chronic conditions enter the doors of a doctor’s office or hospital without a clear opportunity to ask what they will need to pay. And this happens — with no guarantee that they will be helped — while defenseless against a hurried and fearful dynamic. The integrity of any healthcare system can be evaluated by whether or not it takes advantage of those who are suffering — and further appraised by the devotion of the necessary time and effort to give lasting support to individual patients. Suffering Means Profits People with illness or pain are hostages to the medical establishment. Most who are in physical or mental agony easily give up their autonomy to authorities who apply symptomatic solutions that often suppress illness. Pharmaceutical interests and government agencies have steadily displayed how their merger has little to do with the well-being of individuals. The muted reaction of the public to this damaging corruption exposes the culmination of a conditioned response that has been developing for decades. The ability to choose one’s preferred methods of prevention and treatment had been diminishing long before the global efforts to enforce isolation, masking, and vaccination. The doctor-patient relationship has been manipulated and defiled by the same, increasingly powerful economic and political forces. This ethical depravity of modern medicine has become more apparent in recent years. The increasingly restrictive economic structure that doctors work within is a symptom of this degradation — most obvious during a public health crisis. Those who dominate the sales of drugs rely on a simple concept: The greater the threat of severe symptoms or death, the narrower the scope of treatment is deemed appropriate and viable, with more potential for profits. This skewed prioritization has allowed the largest part of gargantuan healthcare profits to be pocketed during the last few weeks of a patient’s life. Whether for acute, chronic, or infectious diseases, the general public blindly embraces the orders of agencies and doctors who inform them of their vulnerability and the need for medicine. They are simply threatened; drug protocols must be strictly followed, or pandemonium will ensue. Seemingly incontestable facts and decrees overwhelm any personal discretion. This unprecedented plethora of harmful actions causes incalculable damage to society. A consortium of drug pushers and authoritarian leaders have created an endless war on disease, coercing physicians to peddle their potions — while lifting them from pedestals to the pulpit of supreme medical arrogance. Poison Long before the advent of vaccine injuries, an untold number of medical problems were caused by prescribed drugs. These iatrogenic disorders continue to be a leading cause of suffering, hospitalizations, and death. Within any medicine chest in America, a hideous picture is revealed. The addiction to pharmaceuticals is so entrenched that a good diet, fresh air, balanced living, and restful sleep are minimized and overwhelmed by bogus and suppressive products. The height of this dehumanizing sales effort has been the description of some narcotics as non-addictive; causing the deaths and destruction of millions of lives. The flagrant marketing of noxious medications to the ill is only surpassed by the mandating of untested drugs for healthy people. No hawking is necessary; vaccines are hailed as an unassailable defense against sickness and death. Whereas other medications require patients to be diagnosed to sell a product, vaccines can be dispensed to those who have no symptoms, merely using the threat of disease to push inoculation. The government has ensured that while they are experimental, liability is diminished. That they are described as free is a staggering lie. The inverse is true; inoculations have a special status as a commodity with unrivaled profitability as they can be forced on anyone, particularly when distributed by governments — whose revenues come from taxpayers. This corruption is relentless. The marketing of vaccines to those who receive no benefit and are likely to suffer subtle or life-changing damage has no limitations. Without the restraint of any truth, the definitions of vaccine and adverse reaction have been changed to maximize proceeds and diminish liability. This boundless world of profiteering has allowed the vaccination of healthy infants and children; an unmatched, abominable, unforgivable crime. The illicit behavior of the heavy-handed forces in the medical establishment only becomes more apparent. The recent escalation in threats to streamline and mandate public health policy overtly confirms the blind faith that has been given to an industry that has lost the ability to care for patients and nurture self-healing. The same foundations, corporations, and organizations that pretend to have humane priorities have consistently promoted poisonous pharmaceuticals and repressed all forms of natural and alternative medical care. This is simply because preventative and remedial methods have minimal cost and lasting effects — and return responsibility for good health to the individual. The eradication of personal medical autonomy has been a priority of the forces of pharmaceutical interests and corporate medicine for well over a century. The dispensing of poisonous medications is a critical element of this disastrous scheme. Conclusion: This Is Organized Crime It is no secret that money is the primary driver of the pharma and medical industries; monopolizing healthcare is the priority of investors. This obvious defect of modern medicine in facing human suffering and disease is rarely discussed. Within the ceaseless debate about overhauling the healthcare bureaucracy, few dare to mention how orientation toward profits has completely corrupted the ethics of medicine. Almost every challenge and crisis in healthcare has been engendered by the relentless effort to diminish the availability of rival products or treatments. An industrial competitive mindset has been applied to promoting lucrative symptomatic drugs and therapies. The profits from a vast range of prescribed pharmaceuticals that impact symptoms rather than causes — are only exceeded in damaging effects by unnecessary and dangerous inoculations — distributed by the same criminal racket. As the proceeds of the medical and pharmaceutical industries increase directly with the threat or escalation of disease, complicit authorities show no concern for engendering a healthy world. Although personal health and general welfare are invoked as reasons to follow medical orders or join the cult of the vaccinated, there is a spurious insistence to accept instructions without question or doubt. This militaristic state of healthcare remains unchecked. Rather than providing safeguards and supporting wellness, ultimatums demanding toxic treatments are sabotaging the vitality of those who fearfully obey coercive dictates. Reasons for compliance are explicitly described by the enforcers — you need our protection, or else — anyone who doesn’t obey is threatened, degraded, and ridiculed for not surrendering to the edicts of the mafia-like, medical-industrial complex. The abhorrent means of extortion of an organized crime protection racket are now the standard practices of the pharmaceutical industry and their cronies; government agencies and doctors are their enforcers. This reckless atmosphere allows associated criminal activity, including the engendering of disease through negligent oversight of toxic causes and experimentation with pathogens. The insidious machinations of a criminal consortium reveal the pernicious influence of money on medical policy and practice. Until this primary failure in providing support for the suffering is recognized and addressed, human health will continue to deteriorate.

Moms Across America tested fast food from the 20 most popular fast food chains and found 100% of samples contained concerning levels of lead and cadmium. Experts says even small amounts of metals may impact kids' IQ and health. Kids are consuming harmful amounts of heavy metals when they eat fast food, according to the nonprofit Moms Across America’s (MAA) report on heavy metals in foods sold by the U.S.’ 20 top-selling fast food restaurants. One hundred percent of the samples tested by MAA contained “alarming” levels of lead and cadmium, and roughly 93% of samples contained detectable levels of arsenic, according to the test results. The nonprofit tested fast food because many Americans eat fast food and some fast food chains supply school lunches. The MAA testing found food with lead levels nearly 5 times the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) daily maximum for kids. According to the FDA, “Lead is toxic to humans and can affect people of any age or health status. Additionally, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) points out that no amount of lead exposure is safe, especially for kids, as it can cause lifelong IQ damage. “Lead is particularly dangerous to children,” the EPA says, “because their growing bodies absorb more lead than adults do and their brains and nervous systems are more sensitive to the damaging effects of lead.” Both cadmium and arsenic are carcinogenic. MAA found food with cadmium levels more than 11 times higher and arsenic more than 3.5 times higher than levels the EPA allows in drinking water. Even low levels of cadmium can cause kidney damage, and exposure to arsenic may harm the eyes, skin, liver, kidneys, lungs and lymphatic system, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Zen Honeycutt, MAA founder and executive director, in an Oct. 17 congressional briefing urged policymakers to support measures that would get organic, non-toxic food on kids’ lunch trays. She told The Defender: “These reports show that Americans are being poisoned every day by fast food and school lunches. Our elected officials need to do their job, and find the political will to make policies that protect our children and the future of this country.” “The security, success, and future of our country depends on the mental and physical health of our children,” she said in the MAA press release. Commenting on the results, attorney Pedram Esfandiary, a partner at Wisner Baum, told The Defender: “I can’t say I’m surprised. The food industry for years has dug in its heels and said these metals are in the environment at ambient levels and that there’s not much they can do about it. “But we know this is not true because plenty of food companies source ingredients responsibly and their foods are not loaded with toxic metals.” Esfandiary represents thousands of U.S. children who were diagnosed with autism or severe attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) after consuming high levels of heavy metals in popular baby food. He said, “The science linking heavy metals to brain injury which, in turn, can manifest as neurodevelopmental disorders like autism and ADHD, is robust.” “Even at low levels,” he said, “arsenic, lead, and mercury can cause harm to children because of their small size and developing brains.” Esfandiary added, “There is no safe level of heavy metals for young children so any food containing elevated levels of heavy metals should not be sold. Alternatively, parents should be warned about what they could be exposing their children to.” Lead, cadmium reduce kids’ IQ for life The nonprofit independent lab Health Research Institute (HRI) conducted the testing. HRI tested multiple samples from the country’s top 20 fast food chains, plus California’s In-N-Out Burger. Though In-N-Out Burger is ranked no. 33, MAA’s board, based primarily in California, insisted the chain be included to test the claim that it offers some of the “healthiest” fast food. John Fagan, Ph.D., HRI’s chief scientist and CEO, told The Defender he found it troubling that all of the samples had detectable levels of lead and cadmium because even a trace amount of either metal is known to reduce IQ. “If children are exposed to lead or cadmium during the developmental phase of their life, it will reduce their IQ,” he said, adding: “That reduces their ability to learn, their ability to be effective, successful members of society, their ability to earn good wages, their ability to adapt and make judgments about what’s right and wrong. “All of these things are damaged by the heavy metals.” Sonic’s Cheeseburger had the most lead among all the samples, measured at 45.6 parts per billion (ppb) — which is more than triple the amount found in water the EPA deems unsafe to drink. The EPA requires water treatment facilities to verify that its water has less than 15 ppb of lead, otherwise, the facilities must take “additional steps.” However, the American Waterworks Association said that the EPA’s action level of 15 ppb is confusing because it leads some customers to assume water with lead at levels less than that is safe. “But water professionals know that figure isn’t health-based, but rather a measure of the effectiveness of corrosion control,” the association added. According to the FDA, the regulatory lead limit for bottled water is 5 ppb. Taco Bell’s Beef Supreme Taco and Taco Bell’s Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla both tied for second highest, with 8.1 ppb of lead. In-N-Out’s french fries had the most cadmium, measured at 57.9 ppb — which is more than 11 times the EPA’s cadmium limit for safe drinking water. Other chains’ french fries also had high amounts of cadmium, with Sonic’s fries at 55 ppb, Jack-in-the-Box’s fries at 48.5 ppb and Dairy Queen’s fries at 36.9. “This is presumably because potatoes are grown in the ground and absorb more heavy metals in the growth process,” MAA said. Industrial fertilizers play a role Panda Express’ Orange Chicken with White Rice and Panda Express’ Beef and Broccoli with Fried Rice had the most arsenic at 36.2 ppb and 32 ppb, respectively. This wasn’t surprising, as rice is known to contain high levels of arsenic due to industrial processes and pesticides, MAA noted. Fagan agreed, noting that a “substantial portion” of heavy metals in food comes from industrial farming practices, such as using phosphate fertilizers. The EPA admits there is no safe level for arsenic in drinking water. However, the agency on Jan. 23, 2006, set an enforceable limit of 10 ppb (i.e., 0.010 milligrams per liter), saying it was not feasible to set the regulatory limit at zero. Fagan — who also spoke at the congressional briefing — and Honeycutt said regenerative agriculture practices that don’t rely on industrial fertilizers or pesticides are needed. Natural geography also determines heavy metal levels Fagan added, “There’s another source of heavy metals, though, and that source is simply the geology of that location.” Fagan explained that U.S. regions have different amounts of heavy metals in the soil “therefore the land needs to be assessed.” Different crops take up the heavy metals to a greater or lesser extent, so farmers “need to choose the crop that they’re growing on that land very carefully and choose ones that will not take the heavy metals up substantially.” Fagan said that there are remediation methods for extracting heavy metals from the land, too. For instance, there are certain plants, such as hemp, that draw up a great deal of heavy metals from the soil. Hemp can be planted — not as a harvestable crop for consumption, but as a means of pulling the heavy metals out of the soil — and then burned into ash. The ash can be used in bricks or concrete to “stabilize” it so it will be “permanently taken out of the agricultural and food system.” “It’s a very slow process, but it’s something that we need to take into account and take on long-term to clean the land up,” he added.

And while thanks to such facilities as the BTFP much of the MTM risk has been transferred (if only for the time being) away from commercial banks and to the Fed, the cumulative losses at central banks are now absolutely staggering, starting with the biggest and baddest one of all, where the Fed operating loss is now $111 billion and rising with every day that the Fed pays out more in interest to banks (excess reserves) and money markets (reverse repos) than it collects on its bond portfolio... ... while the cumulative MTM loss on its multi-trillion bond and MBS portfolio is now a staggering, hold on to your hats, $1+ trillion (this despite unwinding more than $1 trillion in assets on its balance sheet since the early 2022 peak). And yet, as everyone knows by now, the Fed will never go bankrupt thanks to printing the world's reserve currency. That's right: the accounting treatment of record income or balance sheet losses is, well, none: they just assume that the Fed will merely print enough to plug any hole, and so the Fed is exempt from the ordinary rules of capitalism where a big enough loss will eventually put you out of business. Which is a bit of a philosophical paradox: on one hand, the Fed by default remits its profits to the Treasury, be they $1 or $1 trillion... yet when it has a net loss at the end of the year, the Treasury is not bound to bail it out, which is the sweetest form of crony capitalism ever conceived, and is by far the biggest benefit to whatever nation is the issuer of the world's reserve currency du jour. The same, however, can not be said for other central banks such as the Bank of England (which about a hundred years ago relinquished global reserve currency status to the US), and which one year ago had to be bailed out by the UK Treasury after the central bank suffered its first huge losses from the QE program (see "Treasury bails out BoE for first losses on QE programme".) The same can certainly also not be said of the world's oldest, and arguably most experiment [sic: experienced?] of central banks, Sweden's Riksbank, which not only is the world's oldest central bank but also the first one to implement negative rates. Now it hopes to also be the first one to surpass the BOE in getting the biggest central bank bailout in history. In a press release/speech by Riksbank governor Erik Thedeen before the Swedish parliament’s committee on finance Tuesday, he said that the now insolvent central bank needs a capital injection of at least SEK80 billion, or just over $7 billion, representing a little over 1% of Sweden's GDP. That would restore its equity to at least the basic level of SEK40 billion stated in the Sveriges Riksbank Act, as per figures at the end of September 2023, to wit: "In the annual accounts for the financial year 2022, the Riksbank reported a loss of just over SEK 80 billion. As a result of the loss, the Riksbank's equity was negative, SEK -18 billion." Of course, this is peanuts compared to the gargantuan losses at the Fed, but then again when is the last time anyone outside of Sweden used the krona. Some more excerpts from his speech: “The loss and negative equity are due to the sharp rise in interest rates in 2022. This has led to a fall in the value of the bonds purchased by the Riksbank during the period 2015-2021 to maintain confidence in the inflation target, secure the credit supply during the coronavirus pandemic and contribute to good economic development,” said Mr Thedéen. When the value of the Riksbank's holdings of bonds decreases, it leads to unrealised losses that burden the Riksbank's result and equity. “A negative equity does not affect the Riksbank’s ability to conduct monetary policy in the short term. But to maintain confidence in an independent monetary policy in the long term, it is necessary that the Riksbank is financially independent, that is, has sufficient equity and earnings to cover its costs,” continued Mr Thedéen. And then, perhaps to mitigate the impact of the unprecedented bailout demand, Thedeen clarified that "the Riksbank’s asset purchases took place in a situation of international stress, when the major central banks around the world were making extensive asset purchases." Now while the Fed may sneer at the concept of negative equity, simply because it can literally print money to plug whatever equity hole there is which it simply calls "deferred asset" and can continue to pretend it does not have over a trillion dollars in losses on its books. But for other banks, especially those which are not privately-owned by a secretive cartel of bankers like the Fed (you didn't know that the Fed is a privately-owned entity? you may want to read up on it)... Source ... and are instead wards of the state, telegraphing to the world that they are - well - insolvent, can be a problem. As such, the Riksbank said that it will now continue to work on the petition to parliament, and when its annual report for 2023 is completed in February 2024, the Executive Board intends to make a decision on a petition that includes a request for capital injections and possibly also proposals for additional earnings capacity “The size of the capital injection in the petition will be based on the Riksbank’s equity and reported results for 2023. The intention is to submit the petition to Parliament in March 2024,” Thedeen said. The central bank is mandated to seek a bailout after it passed a new Riksbank Act in 2022 that require it to target capital of at least SEK40 billion; if this amount falls below SEK 20 billion the Riksbank has to go to the Swedish parliament to ask for more money. Therefore, Thedeen’s speech yesterday was the first step in the bailout process. Commenting on the announcement, SEB analysts Amanda Sundström and Olle Holmgren said that that Thedéen’s speech implies a SKr80bn capital injection will be sought, which of course is what he said too: The size of the capital injection is uncertain and there are risks both to the downside and upside. To reduce the risks in the balance sheet, the Riksbank has started hedging a quarter of the foreign exchange reserves. Realized profits made on FX hedging could potentially act to offset some of the need for capital injections. There are also potentially profits from other Riksbank holdings, e.g. gold and the FX reserve in general which could limit the size of the capital injection, although this is uncertain given discrepancies between the Riksbank’s accounting principles and the Riksbank Act. Profits from the currency hedging is a downside risk for the capital injection but Mr Thedéen also indicates that equity needs to be restored to above the base level to in order to generate sufficient earnings to guarantee the Riksbank’s independence. The Riksbank states that it is also investigating the prospects for additional earnings. The low amounts of currency in circulation in Sweden means that the Riksbank could struggle to generate sufficient earnings also with capital at the target level (SEK 60bn) and Mr Thedéen indicated that the Riksbank could petition that the bank should have the possibility for additional earnings which in comments to the press was specified as fees from the financial sector. But while the Riksbank's bailout request is certainly novel, it may be challenged for novelty (and size) by none other than the Bank of England, which as noted above, already demanded that the UK government bail it out to the tune of £29 billion (after suffering similar massive MTM losses on its duration exposure). That's just the start: over the next two years, the total BOE bailout amount may rise to £90 billion according to Deutsche Bank. And then, when all other central banks that similarly do not print reserve currencies, join the fray in this "higher for longer" environment, that's when the grassroots realization of how naked the global monetary emperor truly is, will finally dawn.

Researchers find mechanisms of injury behind COVID jabs Within 48 hours of vaccination, the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines are designed to transcribe a specific sequence of coronavirus spike protein in the deltoid muscle of vaccine recipients. The mRNA transcription process is intended to hijack protein synthesis of human cells at the vaccination site, to ultimately summon immune responsive cells. The foreign spike proteins are supposed to be neutralized in the deltoid muscle, leaving behind an enduring immune response. This was the promise of vaccine makers, but scientists are finding out that the transcription process and the neutralization of spike proteins does not work as advertised, and the transcription process can even harm vital organs. Not only is the immune response insufficient with these vaccines, but the spike proteins can also be transcribed in heart cells, causing serious and life-threatening risks to the vaccine recipient. In the study - Cardiac side effects of RNA-based SARS-CoV-2 vaccines: Hidden cardio-toxic effects of mRNA-1273 and BNT162b2 on ventricular myocyte function and structure – researchers found something very troubling about the current mRNA medical experiment, something that may have repercussions for human health for many years to come. In just 48 hours, both the Pfizer and Moderna covid vaccines caused distinct cell abnormalities, suggesting that the body may reject synthetic mRNA synthesis and have a toxicity reaction within the cells. "The findings support both the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac events following mRNA-based COVID vaccination," the authors wrote. They also said the findings help explain the persistent cardiac symptoms that are observed among long-COVID patients. Most long-COVID patients have been vaccinated with Pfizer and Moderna jabs. The standard dosage for the Moderna jab is 100 micrograms and dosage for Pfizer is 30 micrograms. The study authors introduced the mRNA vaccines to cell cultures from rat and human heart cells and administered both the Pfizer and Moderna at 100 micrograms. Within 48 hours, the heart cells were replicating spike proteins, causing abnormal heart contractions. Heart cells inundated with Pfizer’s spike proteins showed increased protein kinase A (PKA) activity and stronger heart contractions. After hearing all the evidence, the Māori Government issued a statement prohibiting the importation, sale and use of the mRNA BioNTech medical technology and all derivatives in New Zealand. What is the Wakaminenga Maori Government? The Wakaminenga Māori Government (“WMG”) operate under “Native Māori Jurisdiction.” It is the first nation jurisdiction of New Zealand. It is recognised in pre and post-treaty British imperial law. The first collective form of Māori Government was Te Wakaminenga at Te Ngaere in 1805, Muriwhenua (transl. Northland). Te Wakaminenga is translated into English texts as the Chiefs of the Confederation of the United Tribes of New Zealand. Since 28 October 1835, the WMG has been recognised under international law as the lawful government of Aotearoa Nu Tireni (transl. New Zealand). He Whakaputanga o te Rangatiratanga o Nu Tireni (transl. the Declaration of Independence of the United Tribes of New Zealand) was signed by a large group of northern chiefs on 28 October 1835. With this Declaration the British recognised New Zealand as a sovereign state. The declaration set up a congress “for the purpose of framing laws for the dispensation of justice, the preservation of peace and good order, and the regulation of trade.” As an article in the Otago Daily Times explained, the main parts of the document declare that New Zealand is an independent nation, that all sovereign power resides collectively with the chiefs, that no government can exist unless appointed by them, and that they request that the then British King, William IV, would be a protector from “all attempts upon its independence.” This the British colonial office agreed to do, so long as Māori protected British citizens living in New Zealand. As such article 4 of the Declaration states that all those coming to Nū Tīreni (New Zealand) shores to settle, and trade would be protected, including their property rights, human rights and freedom of choice. The Declaration was originally signed at Waitangi by a group of 34 chiefs, with 52 chiefs from the top half of the North Island eventually signing by 1839. In the eyes of the British colonial office, the Declaration recognised New Zealand as a sovereign and independent country. It is why when the British made up their mind to annex New Zealand in 1840 and claim sovereignty by right of treaty, they first had to go to Waitangi and convince the signatories of the Declaration to sign up. Today the Te Tiriti o Waitangi (or the Treaty of Waitangi) is widely accepted as a constitutional document that establishes and guides the relationship between the Crown in New Zealand, embodied by the New Zealand government, and Māori. The first case was brought by the members of the WMG on behalf of all the people of New Zealand. The trial dealt with alleged breaches of the sovereign law of He Wakaputanga, the 1835 Declaration, and crimes of genocide and against humanity. On 11 August 2023, four high-ranking New Zealand government officials were summoned to appear before the Court to have the charges against them confirmed. The four accused were former Prime Minister Christopher Hipkins, former Minister for the Public Service Andrew Little, former Director-General of Health Ashley Bloomfield and Medsafe Group Manager Christopher James. On 27 August 2023, the Court convened. As no response from any of the accused was received, the decision was made to try them in their absence. The jury delivered decisions of ‘proven’ against multiple charges for each. They were found guilty of breaches of the Declaration of Independence of the United Tribes of New Zealand and committing crimes in their response to the covid-19 pandemic during the period from 2020 to 2023. The matter was passed to the Hou Hunga Rongo/Council for Restorative Justice. On 15 September 2023, the convicted criminals were ordered to attend a hearing on 24 September 2023. All failed to acknowledge the summons, so the hearing went ahead in their absence. On 24 September 2023, sentencing was handed down. Hipkins, Little and Bloomfield were sentenced to 10 years in prison, liquidation of all their assets, banned from holding office in the future, banned from leaving New Zealand and further investigated for crimes against humanity. James was sentenced to 5 years in prison, liquidation of all his assets, banned from holding office in the future, banned from leaving New Zealand and further investigated for crimes against humanity. In September, WMG also held a Tribunal during which 118 Members of Parliament were accused and found guilty of supporting and facilitating the actions of the four convicted criminals above.
