It includes primary sources and a reasonable narrative explaining how a powerful class can subvert society for their own ends. Webb wrote that his book is about the taking of collateral â all of it. In other words, we will own nothing. The end game of the current globally synchronous debt accumulation super cycle. This scheme is being executed by long-planned, intelligent design, the audacity and scope of which is difficult for the mind to encompass. Included are all financial assets and bank deposits, all stocks and bonds; and hence, all underlying property of all public corporations, including all inventories, plant and equipment; land, mineral deposits, inventions and intellectual property. Privately owned personal and real property financed with any amount of debt will likewise be taken, as will the assets of privately owned businesses which have been financed with debt. If even partially successful, this will be the greatest conquest and subjugation in world history. Private, closely held control of ALL central banks, and hence of all money creation, has allowed a very few people to control all political parties and governments; the intelligence agencies and their myriad front organisations; the armed forces and the police; the major corporations and, of course, the media. These very few people are the prime movers. Their plans are executed over decades. Their control is opaque. To be clear, it is these very few people, who are hidden from you, who are behind this scheme to confiscate all assets, who are waging a hybrid war against humanity. Itâs among the more frightening things Iâve ever read. Written by former hedge fund manager David Rogers Webb, The Great Taking details a disturbing plan to rip everyone off. And by âeveryone,â I mean all of us who think we own any of our assets. Webb chronicles his credentials by reviewing his family history and professional background, particularly when he began to realise things were going awry. In the late 1990s, especially after the collapse of Long Term Capital Management but before the tech bubble burst, he noticed central bank counterfeiting moved markets much more than economic activity did. This is obvious in retrospect, and a truism today. But it was a âconspiracy theoryâ then. Webb, who ran his hedge fund at the time, recalls being called a âconspiracy theoristâ whenever he made the assertion. Webb recounted meeting with George Soros during the Dotcom bust. When Webb wondered whether anything more could be done to keep markets afloat, Soros assured him: âYou donât know what âtheyâ can do.â Thatâs scary enough. But more frightening was that âin such a moment, even George Soros spoke of a they.â Watching the markets in 2003, Webb witnessed a phenomenon heâd never seen before. On certain days, everything went up, even as money growth went down. The only reasonable inference, as Webb put it, was that ânew money was being directly injected into the financial markets.â Several years before it was officially described, this was the unheralded beginning of âQuantitative Easingâ. The heralded beginning came after the 2008 Global Financial Crisis, when an avalanche of counterfeit currency bailed out big banks harbouring tens of trillions in derivatives losses. A few years before that collapse, âsafe harbourâ provisions of the US Bankruptcy Code were revised to ensure certain creditors â whom the bankruptcy court called âmembers of the protected classâ â could capture client assets without a challenge. Legal theft was quietly codified. It became case law when Lehman went bankrupt. Before that failure, âJP Morgan [clearly among the âprotected classâ] took client assets as a secured creditor while being custodian for those assets!â The US Bankruptcy Court of the Southern District of New York justified this heist â which was clearly fraudulent under prior bankruptcy laws â as necessary to protect the âfinancial stability of the clearing housesâ and prevent âchain reactions of insolvency among market participants.â Apparently, people whoâd always thought they owned securities no longer had rights to claim their assets. If the custodian collapsed, clientsâ âsecuritiesâ went with it. Property rights to financial assets no longer existed. Before long, if Webb is right, no others will either. Like explosives around a condemned building, debt is being compiled to precipitate an implosion. Those who cause the detonation will enhance their wealth by burgling the debris. Crises arenât accidental. Theyâre caused by people whoâll profit from the ârecovery.â Much as the powers that be are trying to eradicate physical cash today, their predecessors eliminated paper stock certificates several decades ago. And they marketed these manoeuvres with similar pitches. Eliminating paper would be more âconvenient,â crackdown on crime, and ease transactions when exchanges were made. As Michael Malice might say, this may be factual, but itâs not truthful. The real reasons are more nefarious, and rarely advertised. Surveillance and confiscation arenât selling points that will persuade most people. Until thereâs a crisis. But when one arrives, the people will want someone to blame. And for someone else to pay the price. When the derivative dam bursts, major financial institutions â and the central clearing parties (âCCPâ) that facilitate their transactions â will drown. So âregulatorsâ who helped fill the reservoir are also the ones who constructed the rescue raft. But only secured creditors will fit in the boat. And the vessel is painted with the pleasant assurances that if an institution fails, taxpayers wonât pay. Unless the taxpayer âownsâ financial assets held in custody at a failed firm. Then, like the Cypriot bank âbail-insâ a decade ago, the institutionâs customers will be on the hook â while the big fish scarf the krill and swim away. As under-capitalised as financial institutions and clearing parties are, itâs almost as if theyâre designed to fail. Webb recalled the precedence of the âBank Holidayâ in 1933. By executive order, banks were closed. Later, only those approved by the Fed were allowed to reopen. Thousands of banks were left to die. People with money in those unfavoured institutions lost it all, as well as anything they had financed â houses, cars, businesses â that they now couldnât pay for. The âchosenâ banks collected the collateral and consolidated the debts. Notwithstanding centuries of financial instruments being treated as personal property, the âsecuritiesâ we âownâ are no longer ours. Neither are any assets they finance. Assets we think we possess are legally controlled by custodial companies. And these entities can claim our property as collateral in the event of someone elseâs insolvency. This is true of all tradable financial instruments around the world, wherever they are held. Whether in pension plans, investment funds, or custodial accounts, all securities ostensibly âownedâ by the public are, according to Webb, âencumbered as collateral underpinning the derivatives complexâ, which is âorders of magnitude greater than the entire global economy,â so âthereâs not enough of anything to back it.â The plumbing is in place to flush our accounts when the next collapse occurs. Certain secured creditors have legal claims to client assets. The US established âlegal certaintyâ for such protocols in the wake of the Dotcom bust a quarter century ago. Under the rubric of âharmonisation,â global conformance to this standard has been underway since. The Europeans initially resisted, more from politics than principle. But a workaround was arranged whereby âthe objective of Legal Certainty for creditors was to be pursued by other means.â Around the world, securities owners were once assured their assets couldnât be used as collateral without their express consent. Thatâs no longer true. A sample disclosure from a major European securities depository states that in the event of a âshortfall of securities,â clients will be âconsidered unsecured creditors without priority to the assets of the bankruptcy estate.â No place on earth can someone own stocks or bonds as personal property without exposure to insolvency of the account provider. All securities are pooled so they can be collateralised elsewhere. Global âcollateral management systemsâ have been established, enabling quick cross-border transfers of client assets to secured creditors. That means that after the next â inevitable, and probably planned â financial collapse or derivatives disaster, the pipes are in place to steal our stuff. Perhaps this is why, despite large bank failures, the Fed keeps raising rates. Itâs like theyâre trying to cause the calamity. When they do â as with the âbank holidayâ in 1933 â itâll create the panic upon which to apply their palliatives. After using low rates to entice people to buy things with cheap credit, most things people own will become subject to legal confiscation in a financial collapse. The collapse is key to âThe Great Takingâ, as is the new digital money thatâll arrive in its wake. In Webbâs words, the coming crisis is âa deliberate strategyâ of subjugation to eliminate resistance. Itâs about âherding humanity and eliminating pockets of resilience.â Now all thatâs needed is a catalyst for the crisis. Tightening an interest rate noose around a debt-addled economy floating on unprecedented funny money and endless fake assets should suffice. And when enough institutions suffocate, those who asphyxiated them will ride to the ârescue,â forcing innocent asset-holders to give CPR to the chosen survivors. After they do, theyâll be out of breath, reliant for air on digital feeding tubes from the people they âsaved.â Central Bank Digital Currencies (âCBDCsâ) â currently being developed by central banks representing 114 countries â will be the sole source of monetary sustenance. When they arrive, the chute will be shut, with all the cattle locked in the abattoir. The State will be able to permit, prevent, monitor, and manipulate any transaction anyone tries to make. Itâll be total control. Freedom will vanish. As Webb says: âYou will comply if you want to eat.â About ten years ago, Webb spoke at a hedge fund conference in Europe, where he explained what was being planned for the securities attendees thought they owned. He remembered the coffee break after his speech. âI asked people what they had thought about what I had said. I asked if they understood what I was explaining. One person merely replied, âOh, yes.â I asked him what he would do about it. He simply said, âNothing.ââ Itâs easy to scoff at that answer. But if what Webb says is correct, itâs difficult to devise a better one. What should we do? Short of compiling physical gold or stacking Bitcoin â either of which can be regulated, taxed, or taken away â what options are there? Itâs a bit like the arson-induced forest fires attributed to âclimate change.â While we bicker over the cause and lament the result, an insider land grab seems to ensue. The next time the economy goes up in flames, will a connected elite claim our assets from the rubble? Why not? They always have. But now the means are there to prevent any protest. Having read this book, I almost wish I hadnât. Like learning an asteroid is imminent, being in possession of this information doesnât tell us what to do with it. Webb laid out the problem yet offers few solutions. And as the saying has it, if there are no solutions, perhaps thereâs no problem. The only option seems to be to get out of âthe systemâ. But how? And where to go? I suppose we could pay penalties, pull money from retirement accounts, and load up on gold, grub, and a bolthole in the woods. Those may be good ideas, but they donât necessarily untie us from the tracks before the financial freight train arrives.

The mRNA in Air Vax is encapsulated into polymer nanoparticles that, following a study on mice, led researchers to declare that this "new method of delivery could 'radically change the way people are vaccinated.'" In areas of the world that are remote, as well as in people who are afraid of needles, Air Vax can get the job done without a needle and syringe, allowing for greater vaccine coverage. "The ability to efficiently deliver mRNA to the lung would have applications for vaccine development, gene therapy, and more," the paper explains, adding "that such mRNA delivery can be accomplished by encapsulating mRNAs of interest within optimized poly(amine-co-ester) polyplexes [nanoparticles]." (Related: The fully jabbed are also shedding their injections via aerosol onto the unvaccinated.) Will they soon blast the world with mRNA chemtrails? Cellular and molecular physiologist Mark Saltzman led the research, which many worry will allow for the airborne spraying of vaccines on populations without their consent. While the traditional needle and syringe method requires a person to roll up his sleeve and get pricked, aerosol mRNA vaccines can simply be sprayed at will. Anyone nearby will then breathe it in, possibly unknowingly. In the mouse study, the rodents received two intranasal doses of nanoparticles carrying mRNA Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) polyplexes, also known as PACE, which is described as "a biocompatible and highly customizable polymer." Saltzman had previously led a study using a "prime and spike" system to deliver COVID jabs â the guy really wants people to get jabbed with, or to breathe in, COVID shots. That method involves both an injection and a spray of spike proteins into the nose. In his latest study, Saltzman determined that perhaps the injection portion is unnecessary if enough spike-laden nanoparticles can instead be blasted into a person's nasal cavity â to "protect" them from COVID, of course. "In the new report, there is no intramuscular injection," Saltzman bragged. "We just gave two doses, a prime and a boost, intranasally, and we got a highly protective immune response." "But we also showed that, generally, you can deliver different kinds of mRNA. So it's not just good for a vaccine, but potentially also good for gene replacement therapy in diseases like cystic fibrosis and gene editing ... We used a vaccine example to show that it works, but it opens the door to doing all these other kinds of interventions." If Saltzman's invention gets approved â and it more than likely will because why not? Nobody seems to care anyway â then it is not out of the question to someday soon see chemtrails full of mRNA nanoparticles and spike proteins blasted out of airplanes over entire cities. This method would allow for the mass vaccination of the population without having to individual inject each and every person. It is the same type of oral "nanovaccine" now being used on shrimp and other seafood and meats to vaccinate them for COVID. The Saltzmans of the world are hellbent upon jabbing and spraying everyone with COVID mRNA and spike proteins because they claim this will stop the Chinese Virus from getting anybody else sick. And itâs not the only EV station that relies on diesel to produce the power required to charge electric vehicles. The Harris Ranch Tesla Supercharger station is an impressive beast. With 98 charging bays, the facility in Coalinga, California, is the largest charging station in the world. In 2017, Tesla CEO Elon Musk said that all Superchargers in the automakerâs network were being converted to solar. âOver time, almost all will disconnect from the electricity grid,â Musk posted on X, formally known as Twitter. Superchargers charge vehicles up to the 80% sweet spot in as little as 20 minutes, but to provide that kind of power for nearly 100 bays takes something solar canât provide â diesel generators. Investigative journalist Edward Niedermeyer discovered that the station was powered by diesel generators hidden behind a Shell station. Reporters at SF Gate tried to find out how much of the stationâs electricity was from the generators, but couldnât get a response from Tesla. The station isnât connected to any dedicated solar farms, which means that absent the diesel generators, the station is powered by Californiaâs grid. According to the US Energy and Information Administration, in June 2023, natural gas supplied nearly 5,000 megawatt hours of electricity in California, whereas non-hydroelectric renewables supplied about 7,250 megawatt hours. Another Case Energy analyst and writer David Blackmon, author of the âEnergy Transition Absurditiesâ, told Cowboy State Daily that the use of diesel-powered generators is not limited to the Harris Ranch station. He used to shop at a Whole Foods in Houston. The company had installed a charging station in front of the store for its customers. âIt was the best parking spot in the lot, and it crowded out a bunch of handicap spaces,â Blackmon said. He said there were diesel generators behind the store and whenever someone was using the chargers, the generators would kick on. Destabilised Grid Just as these charging stations find they canât run without some fossil fuel backup, the retirement of a coal-fired power plant in Kansas is being delayed to accommodate the energy demands of an electric vehicle battery factory thatâs under construction. Blackmon said that these stories illustrate well the lack of thought going into the demands that will be placed on the grid with increasing amounts of electric vehicle adoption. As those demands pile on, US energy policy pushes to remove coal, nuclear and natural gas from the grid. Blackmon said he watched all summer as the Texas grid, which operates separately from the rest of the county, nearly collapsed with the incessant heat. âWe almost had blackouts on Aug. 24,â he said. State Sen. Cheri Steinmetz, R-Lingle, told Cowboy State Daily that despite claims that wind and solar alone can power the grid, they lack the reliability needed to satisfy energy demand. So, parts of the country, such as Texas, are facing shortages. âAdding the load required for electric vehicles and the transportation network to support them would exacerbate the looming shortages we already face in the near future if energy policies are not reformed,â Steinmetz said. No Way Out Blackmon said that the footprint required to generate enough power to satisfy all energy needs with wind and solar is enormous. Itâs not just the wind farms, solar farms and battery factories, there are also thousands of miles of transmission lines to connect consumers with the power wherever it happens to be generated at any given moment. This calls into doubt Muskâs plan to power charging stations off of solar. âIf thatâs what he wants, then he only wants the chargers to work six to eight hours a day. If theyâre purely powered by solar, thereâs just no way out of that,â Blackmon said. Musk has made many exciting promises that so far havenât come to pass. Someone went to the trouble to make a website documenting his pledges and how many days have passed since they were made. Musk has also been taken to task for his solar promises. Energy expert Alex Epstein ran a fact check on Muskâs claim that we could power the world with a small area of the Sahara Desert and âsome batteries.â Epstein calculated that enough battery storage to create a reliable grid would cost $590 trillion for the batteries alone. It doesnât include the cost of all the transmission infrastructure. And the batteries would have to be replaced every decade.

Thereâs also a vast supporting cast of micronutrients: minerals, vitamins and other biochemicals, many of which are only present in minuscule quantities, but which can still have profound health effects.â The official source of nutritional information is the USDAâs National Nutrient Database for Standard Reference. It lists the composition of hundreds of thousands of foods, but itâs not as detailed as you might imagine. In all, it details only 188 nutritional components, including 38 flavonoids, yet scientists estimate there are more than 26,000 different biochemicals in our food. As noted by New Scientist: âWith the USDA as your guide, 99.5% of the components in food are a mystery,â and as noted by BarabĂĄsi, âIt would be foolish to dismiss 99.5% of the compounds we eat as unimportant ⌠We will not really understand how we get sick if we donât solve this puzzle.â Searching for nutritional âdark matterâ Disturbed by the information gap, an international team of researchers started working on a more comprehensive database a decade ago called FooDB, which as of 2020 contained information on some 70,000 nutritional compounds. Yet even this database still has a long way to go. An estimated 85% of the nutritional components listed remain unquantified, meaning they know a food contains a particular component, but they donât know how much. The health implications of most compounds also remain largely unknown. New Scientist notes: âThis is also true of individual micronutrients. âConsider beta-carotene,â says BarabĂĄsi. âIt tends to be positively associated with heart disease, according to epidemiological studies, but studies adding beta-carotene to the diet do not show health benefits. One potential reason is that beta-carotene never comes alone in plants; about 400 molecules are always present with it. So epidemiology may be detecting the health implications of some other molecule.â âAnother probable cause is the effect of the microbiome on dark nutrients, says [FooDB founder David] Wishart. âMost dark nutrients are chemically transformed by your gut bacteria.â âThatâs probably why studies on the benefits of different foods give relatively ambiguous results. We donât properly control for the variation in gut microflora, or our innate metabolism, which means different people get different doses of metabolites from their food.â Processed foods are an even greater mystery The reason I started with that background is because we know even less about the constituents of processed foods and synthetic foods that ignorantly claim to be âequivalentsâ to whole foods, such as âanimal-free meatsâ or âanimal-free milk.â Food processing alone will often alter the composition of bioactive molecules in a food and hence the foodâs impact on health, but today, processed foods also contain a wide array of synthetic chemicals that, prior to the modern era, were never part of the human diet. As such, they pose incredible risks to long-term health and well-being. Animal-free equivalence is a PR fraud Take cultured meat, for example. Itâs said to be equivalent to real animal meat because itâs grown from animal cells. The cells are then grown in a nutrient solution inside a bioreactor until they become a meat-like slab. Similarly, Bored Cow animal-free milk is a dairy alternative made with whey protein obtained through a fermentation process, plant-based fats (in lieu of milk fats), citrus fiber (for creaminess) and added vitamins and minerals. Defenders of cultured meat insist that this product is not âfake meatâ but âactual meat,â the only difference is that no animal had to be slaughtered to create it. Cultured meat and other synthetic foods are also said to be more environmentally friendly. But nothing could be further from the truth. Their impact is far more akin to that of the pharmaceutical industry than the food industry. According to a recent âcradle-to-gate life cycleâ analysis, the lab-grown meat industry produces anywhere from four to 25 times more CO2 than traditional animal husbandry. Based on this assessment, each kilo of cultured meat produces anywhere from 542 pounds (246 kilos) to 3,325 pounds (1,508 kg) of carbon dioxide emissions, making the climate impact of cultured meat four to 25 times greater than that of conventional beef. And this information is only provided to refute those who believe the global warming fallacy. As noted by the authors, investors have poured billions of dollars into the animal cell-based meat sector based on the theory that cultured meat is more environmentally friendly than beef. However, according to these researchers, that hype is based on flawed analyses of carbon emissions. Cultured meat is also the epitome of ultra-processed food and therefore likely to cause health problems like those caused by other ultra-processed foods, such as obesity, cardiovascular diseases, Type-2 diabetes, metabolic syndrome, irritable bowel syndrome, cancer, mental health problems and increased all-cause mortality. A paper published in the April issue of Animal Frontiers also warned that there are several implications of cell-based meat that need to be considered but arenât, including the fact that cultured products are not nutritionally equivalent to the meats theyâre intended to replace. The claim that no animals are killed in the process is also false. At present, most cultured or cell-based meats are created by growing animal cells in a solution of fetal bovine serum, which is made from the blood of unborn calves. In short, pregnant cows are slaughtered to drain the unborn fetus of its blood. Is it safe to eat tumors? There are also many unanswered questions surrounding safety. For example, to get the cell cultures to grow, some companies are using immortalized cells, which technically speaking are precancerous and/or fully cancerous. (Other companies use embryonic stem cells or cells from living animals.) The reason for using immortalized cells is that normally behaving cells cannot divide forever. Most cells will only multiply a few dozen times before they become senescent (old) and die. This wonât work when your intention is to grow thousands of pounds of tissue from a small number of cells, hence they use immortalized cells that have no off switch for their replication and can divide indefinitely. Meat substitutes cultured in this way could therefore be thought of as tumors, seeing how the flesh is entirely made up of precancerous or cancerous cells. Is it safe to eat tumors? We donât know. Massachusetts Institute of Technology biologist Robert Weinberg, Ph.D., has proposed that humans canât get cancer from these cells because theyâre not human cells and therefore cannot replicate inside your body. However, thereâs no long-term research to back this theory. Dietary headaches to come Itâs also important to realize that the nutritional composition and safety of synthetic foods will vary depending on the brand. When youâre dealing with beef, for example, the meat from one cow will be relatively identical to that of any other cow (one major exception being the way theyâre raised and fed). One wild-caught salmon is comparable to any other wild-caught salmon and each russet potato is more or less identical to every other russet potato. However since each synthetic food brand uses proprietary ingredients and processes, no two will have identical composition or safety, so even if one is eventually proven safe and nutritious, those results cannot be applied to any other brand. This variance has the potential to create major problems in the future when all sorts of foods have been replaced with synthetic non-equivalents. How do you determine which cultured beef, chicken or salmon brand might be best for you? How will you devise a sensible diet plan when every food comes in myriad variations of varying composition and safety? Synthetic foods pose unique food-safety hazards Many synthetic food proponents claim lab-created food will bypass a host of food-safety problems, but the converse is far more likely to be true. Sure, beef, for example, can be contaminated during processing, packaging, transport or storage, or during the cooking process. But in cultured meat, every ingredient and processing step brings with it the potential of contamination and any of the hundreds of ingredients could have toxic effects, alone or in synergy. Indeed, an in-depth analysis of the available evidence by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations and a World Health Organization expert panel, published in May, concluded there are at least 53 potential health hazards associated with lab-grown meat. Among them are the possibility of contamination with heavy metals, microplastics, nanoplastics and chemicals, allergenic additives, toxic components, antibiotics and prions. Whatâs more, some of the ingredients that go into synthetic biology like cultured meat are regulated as ânon-detectable manufacturing aids,â and you wonât even know what they are. Israeli startup Profuse Technology, for example, has developed a growth media supplement that massively encourages protein growth. As reported by Food Navigator Europe in an article titled, âCultivated Meat âBreakthroughâ: Media Supplement Achieves Full Muscle Maturation on Scaffold Within 48 Hours,â the supplement reduces the time to grow filets and steaks by 80% and augments the protein in the final product by a factor of five. An unsustainable model The cultured meat process also produces toxic biowaste â a problem that doesnât exist in conventional agriculture and food processing. The starting ingredients are typically cheap sugars and fats derived from genetically engineered corn and soy, grown in environmentally destructive monocultures with loads of herbicides, pesticides and synthetic fertilizers. As a result, theyâre loaded with chemical residues. Hundreds of other ingredients may then be added to the ferment to produce the desired end product, such as a certain protein, color, flavor or scent. The most often used microorganism in the fermentation process is E. coli which has been gene-edited to produce the desired compound through its digestive process. The microorganism must also be antibiotic-resistant since it needs to survive the antibiotics used to kill off other undesirable organisms in the vat. As a result, antibiotic-resistant organisms also become integrated into the final product, and the types of foodborne illness that might be caused by gene-edited antibiotic-resistant E. coli and its metabolites are anyoneâs guess. In addition to the desired target metabolite, these gene-edited organisms may also spit out non-target metabolites with unknown environmental consequences and health effects. But thatâs not all. Once the target organisms are extracted, whatâs left over is hazardous biowaste. While traditional fermentation processes, such as the making of beer, produce waste products that are edible by animals, compostable and pose no biohazard, the biowaste from these synthetic biology ferments must first be deactivated and then must be securely disposed of. It cannot go into a landfill. Protect your health by avoiding âfrankenfoodsâ Making food that requires genetically modified organisms inputs and produces more CO2 than conventional farming and hazardous biowaste to boot is hardly a sustainable model. But then again, synthetic biology and processed foods are not being pushed out of true concern for sustainability. If that was the goal, everyone would be looking at regenerative agriculture where every part of the system supports and sustains other parts, thereby eliminating the need for chemical inputs, radically reducing water needs while optimizing yields. No, synthetic biology is pursued because it is a formidable control mechanism. Those who own all the synthetic food production will control the world in a very literal sense.
