A group known as ‘Blade Runner’ have been disabling London’s “Low Emission Zone” cameras in protest of government increasing their surveillance in preparation for totalitarian smart city measures.
London’s Low Emission Zone law is due to come into force this week in new areas and it would charge violators $16 per day if they drive a diesel vehicle from before 2015 or an unleaded gas vehicle from before 2006.
