Did you know that RADAR stations can actually modify, reduce and / or greatly enhance storms?!

NEXRAD RADAR across the USA is being used to manipulate the weather on purpose, not by accident or chance.

I told them what I found, they denied at first, and then they came after me directly... and now... its being done regularly at every station.

Military has to be involved.

Same for NOAA and the National Weather Service at some point higher up.

There have to be average joes in the rank and file who know too.

No offense if you said it was previously impossible to influence the weather using radio waves, but you were wrong.

In case you didn't know, radio waves (electromagnetic radiation) can indeed modify the weather per NOAA themselves.
