Neil Ferguson who supposedly wrote this article quit Sage in May, 2020. This article has made the rounds 2 or 3 times before with different dates attached to it. The last one was June 21, 2021.
The modus operandi of it doing the rounds is clearly a strategy in itself. Think about that and the effect it has on people then disbelieving anything will happen. Heard the Cry Wolf story?
Releasing frightening strategic (and very possible) scenarios is a fear enhancing tactic. And whether it was written by Ferguson or not isn’t the point essentially. Someone or group is publishing this thing time and again. Every time someone reads it, they may believe it as is written, or know that Ferguson resigned a year ago from the Sage group the note was addressed to and thus dismiss the info contained. Except that the info may well have truths in it that may have readers questioning all that they’re hearing.
Perhaps the reason for the multiple publications of this is to spread more confusion and thus more division.
