The head of Border Control Igor Matviychuk announced this during a press conference. About 45% of the men leaving are truck drivers, the next category is those accompanying people with disabilities, who make up 15%.

The ambulance that is being used to snatch people off the streets in Odessa (in order to send to the front lines) was most likely bought by an organization raising funds to buy the vehicles to help civilians.
