They want you deprived of energy, both from food sources and from being able to travel freely. You can’t remotely switch off old school petrol cars. You can’t control someone trying to flee an area in a petrol car like you can by switching off an EV remotely. And if the person is suffering from malnutrition on top of it? Well, they’re the perfect candidate for subjugation.
