The director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service Sergei Naryshkin: “The West demands from the regime of [Ukrainian President Vladimir] Zelensky, regardless of the losses, to demonstrate to the world community the impossibility of Russia’s victory in the Ukrainian conflict. In particular, according to reliable data available to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, the United States is directing the Ukrainian leadership to maximize mobilization measures to make up for the huge losses suffered by the Ukrainian Armed Forces during the failed counter-offensive." He specified that, according to reliable sources, the United States is recommending Ukraine to conscript men from 17 to 70 years of age and additionally conscript women.
