Australian Government puts out a chilling notice advising health officials to “opportunistically” administer vaccines to patients who are under sedation or anesthesia.

The actual document that this is taken from clearly states under 'Background' that informed consent is still required for the vaccination to occur. The use of the word "opportunistically" does not imply in any way that vaccination will occur without gaining consent.
